Data Analyst

Location: Full Time / 100% Remote (United States)

Salary: $50,000 – $68,000 per year

Job Description
We are seeking a Data Analyst to support our business intelligence and reporting functions. This role involves working with large datasets, building reports, and delivering actionable insights to leadership. A background check and credit screening are required due to access to sensitive business and client data.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple internal and external sources
• Build dashboards and reports using Excel, Google Sheets, or BI tools
• Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data and communicate findings
• Support leadership with data-driven decision making across departments
• Maintain data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define metrics and KPIs

Requirements

• High school diploma required; bachelor degree in a related field preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic data analysis
• Familiarity with tools like Google Data Studio, Tableau, or Power BI a plus
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail
• Must pass a pre-employment background check and credit screening
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
