• We’re a US-based AI-Edtech platform helping students crush their IELTS exam. We’ve built a big creator team in the Philippines, and now we’re building a creator team in Turkey to help spread the word.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Create and post short videos using Cathoven’s content guidelines and sample videos. That’s it.
• Post. Grow your audience. Get paid.

Pay 💵

• $6/hour
• + Bonus on top: Every 100 students who sign up through your videos = $1 USD.
• 50K views/month × 30% sign-up rate = 15,000 registrations → $150 bonus (extra on top of fixed salary) We track your performance together — the more your content converts, the more you earn.

Time Commitment ⏱️

• 10 hours/month. Fully remote. Fully flexible.

🔬 Getting Started

• The first 2 weeks are a warm-up period. It’s a chance for us to get to know each other. We’ll agree on simple targets together before you begin, so there are no surprises. You’ll be supported throughout.
• 💸 You will get paid for your 2-week period, whatever the result is.
